Gaxan Lena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Geronimo Nazario, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24th match minute, Turupi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iraitz Urruela to maneuver through the defense. In the 25th minute of the match Gomesano Flamenco sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tonete Dorado skillfully saved the ball. In the 31st minute of the match Iraitz Urruela shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gaxan Lena showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 32nd minute, Ralondo Zarza left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Turupi fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After 37 played minutes Turupi got a freekick which was hit by Cesaro Oyarzabal. A hard shot 44 in the game by Larra Maderos from a close distance when the talented Tonete Dorado managed to make a qualified save. Turupi's players were relieved. If Bernal Uja had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 47th match minute, Turupi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iraitz Urruela to maneuver through the defense.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Geronimo Nazario stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Xaven Estremiana was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Turupi's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Canitas the free kick. Larra Maderos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Larra Maderos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tonete Dorado having to interfere. Gaxan Lena made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Ralondo Zarza sent off a good shot on target. Tonete Dorado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernal Uja, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Canitas's zone, Ralondo Zarza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gaxan Lena came out of the goal and Ralondo Zarza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Geronimo Nazario in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gaxan Lena saved Canitas from getting behind. In the 82nd minute, Bernal Uja hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ralondo Zarza who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 83rdth minute tested the skills of Gaxan Lena when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After having played for 95 minutes, Ralondo Zarza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Turupi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ralondo Zarza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gaxan Lena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geronimo Nazario, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. After a rather tough play, Canitas's Asur Liaño got a free kick in the 97th minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Turupi had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
