The audience thought a goal was coming when Madaleno Herrera got free with Joanes Herrea in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Telesforo Temiño sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Bakar Cerra took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luar Albasolo. Luar Albasolo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. If Madaleno Herrera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joanes Herrea stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gau Ocharan's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. 27 minutes into the match, usa club's goalkeeper Joanes Herrea had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Madaleno Herrera. Luar Albasolo came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by usa club's Bakar Cerra. But to his dismay, Bakar Cerra quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Bakar Cerra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Luar Albasolo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Telesforo Temiño might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Luar Albasolo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Telesforo Temiño ran back to his position shaking his head. When Berasko Mazule fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored usa club's protests and gave Berasko Mazule a yellow card for diving instead. Berasko Mazule hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xerardo Ariztegui in the 45th minute of play forced Avegentados LP Foca Club's goalkeeper Luar Albasolo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joanes Herrea didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Madaleno Herrera went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 58thth minute of the game Xerardo Ariztegui who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Avegentados LP Foca Club's Luar Albasolo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A hard shot 67 in the game by Xerardo Ariztegui from a close distance when the talented Luar Albasolo managed to make a qualified save. Avegentados LP Foca Club's players were relieved. After 68 played minutes Avegentados LP Foca Club got a freekick which was hit by Lano Arramendia. In the 69th minute, Orixe Uruñuela got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Xerardo Ariztegui, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 75 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Luar Albasolo was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. After having played for 77 minutes, Telesforo Temiño managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. usa club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Telesforo Temiño was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
