Spectators: 6711 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1711, VIP seats: 0) Carmen's Simao Zorita started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a defensive mix-up in Carmen's zone, Ivon Pallar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mattin Lejalde came out of the goal and Ivon Pallar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 6th minute, Astigar Abeita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Simao Zorita succeeded in the game's 8th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. A collision led to Itapeby AFC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. David Averasturi hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Carmen's Lorencio Urquia tried to score from far away in the 11th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Ivon Pallar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mattin Lejalde having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Carmen's Clodio Arenzano got a free kick in the 16th minute. After 17 played minutes, Itapeby AFC's Bitxintxo Riaza shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Mattin Lejalde came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Itapeby AFC reached it. In the 19th minute, Itapeby AFC's David Averasturi seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed David Averasturi the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Itapeby AFC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and David Averasturi had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 18 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Itapeby AFC! Astigar Abeita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Lisandro Carreira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 28thth minute of the game Simao Zorita who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Itapeby AFC's Lisandro Carreira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Carmen's Simao Zorita got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Itapeby AFC booed when Carmen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nerio Olaverrieta didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Carmen's Simao Zorita in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Itapeby AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Astigar Abeita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Lisandro Carreira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Simao Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Simao Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Lisandro Carreira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Astigar Abeita scored 0-3 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lisandro Carreira, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Hermengildo Ibisate's late challenge caught a Carmen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hermengildo Ibisate helped the player get up and apologised. After 43 played minutes Itapeby AFC got a freekick which was hit by Hermengildo Ibisate. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Carmen's Astigar Abeita was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 55th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 63rd match minute, Carmen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lorencio Urquia to maneuver through the defense. Astigar Abeita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lisandro Carreira having to interfere. Lisandro Carreira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Simao Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Itapeby AFC's Ibar Arrizabalaga in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Carmen's goalie prevented a goal. Simao Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lisandro Carreira having to interfere. If Astigar Abeita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ibar Arrizabalaga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mattin Lejalde having to interfere. Mattin Lejalde took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ibar Arrizabalaga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Lisandro Carreira managed to avoid a goal in the 86thth minute, when Carmen's Astigar Abeita fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After some careless play in the Itapeby AFC defense, Astigar Abeita kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lisandro Carreira. The Itapeby AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lisandro Carreira should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Itapeby AFC's zone, Simao Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lisandro Carreira came out of the goal and Simao Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Itapeby AFC's Lisandro Carreira got control of the ball when Astigar Abeita tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Astigar Abeita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carmen's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
