The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a little luck, Buenahora AFC's Llin Zuriarrain got control of the ball when Damien Hervieux tried to sneak it across the goal line. 12 minutes had been played when some careless play by Buenahora AFC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Michel Baza was slow to take the kick. During this time Sayago's players had a chance to rest. Sayago's Michel Baza was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Llin Zuriarrain in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 13th minute of the match, Damien Hervieux got a very nice opportunity to score, but Llin Zuriarrain was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 16th play minute Damien Hervieux came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Llin Zuriarrain. 1-0. With a little luck, Buenahora AFC's Llin Zuriarrain got control of the ball when Damien Hervieux tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Damien Hervieux put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Llin Zuriarrain. The audience thought a goal was coming when Damien Hervieux got free with Llin Zuriarrain in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Llin Zuriarrain made an important save on a dangerous shot by Damien Hervieux in the 46th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The wind increased when Faustino Fauria made the kick off in the second half. The Buenahora AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Llin Zuriarrain should have stopped the shot. In the 79th minute, Damien Hervieux ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Llin Zuriarrain was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Damien Hervieux managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sayago's supporters rose to their feet, but Damien Hervieux was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Llin Zuriarrain breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Llin Zuriarrain stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Damien Hervieux's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. After 90 played minutes Sayago got a freekick which was hit by Timo Uudikas. Sayago's Andres Durazo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Sayago from getting a goal against them. After having played for 96 minutes, Damien Hervieux managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sayago's supporters crossed their fingers, but Damien Hervieux was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sayago walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
