Spectators: 6713 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1713, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Tadeu Cotarelo made the kick off which started today's match. Eloy Carballido got in the 4th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Ximeno Torrescassana handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Eloy Carballido sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Totoral FC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Indalecio Llera hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eloy Carballido in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ximeno Torrescassana prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Totoral FC's goalkeeper Ximeno Torrescassana, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cordeal Ubago took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enekoitz Barrena, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 21st minute Eloy Carballido shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ximeno Torrescassana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. PEÑAROL's Pero Rey got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Chabier Milla hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. PEÑAROL's Cordeal Ubago played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tadeu Cotarelo in the 34th minute of play. Cordeal Ubago showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bordat Garonaga in the 43rd minute of the match. Cordeal Ubago made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Grabiel Leniz in the 46th minute of play. Eloy Carballido's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ximeno Torrescassana read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Eloy Carballido made the kick off in the second half. If Eloy Carballido had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eloy Carballido recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eloy Carballido blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ximeno Torrescassana having to make a save. Cordeal Ubago was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Tadeu Cotarelo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 59 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enekoitz Barrena in the 66th minute of play forced PEÑAROL's goalkeeper Cordeal Ubago to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Grabiel Leniz got free with Cordeal Ubago in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tadeu Cotarelo in the 74th minute of play forced PEÑAROL's goalkeeper Cordeal Ubago to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eloy Carballido fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ximeno Torrescassana having to interfere. Totoral FC:s Ximeno Torrescassana showed great skill when he stopped Pero Rey:s penalty. Pero Rey took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ximeno Torrescassana. Ximeno Torrescassana dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. Bordat Garonaga kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Ximeno Torrescassana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pero Rey in the 85th minute of play. Cordeal Ubago took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tadeu Cotarelo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 2-4 came in the 92nd minute when Grabiel Leniz all by himself managed to get straight through the defense and place the ball into the net to the right of Cordeal Ubago. Totoral FC played a much better game than PEÑAROL and deserved their victory. The PEÑAROL players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
