In the 3rd minute, Virila Falguera got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 9 played minutes Buenahora got a freekick which was hit by Guilherme Obispo. In the 11th minute Dayam Mota shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cordaryal Munozcano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Teyo Bernia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Txindoki Cortinas having to interfere. After some careless play in the Buenahora defense, Teyo Bernia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Txindoki Cortinas. The Buenahora fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Txindoki Cortinas should have stopped the shot. 20 minutes into the match, Dayam Mota notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Salta FC's Cordaryal Munozcano. Cordaryal Munozcano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Urbasa Masbernat in the 25th minute of play forced Salta FC's goalkeeper Cordaryal Munozcano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Teyo Bernia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Teyo Bernia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Salta FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Teyo Bernia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Txindoki Cortinas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Txindoki Cortinas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teyo Bernia, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. After having played for 33 minutes, Teyo Bernia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Salta FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teyo Bernia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Enetz Angostina came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Salta FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Enetz Angostina couldn't finish the play. In the 43rd match minute, Salta FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucas Andres to maneuver through the defense. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Teyo Bernia made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Teyo Bernia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Salta FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Teyo Bernia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Txindoki Cortinas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Oso Miranda hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Txindoki Cortinas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teyo Bernia, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Txindoki Cortinas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teyo Bernia in the 66th minute of the match. Buenahora's Txindoki Cortinas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teyo Bernia in the 68th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Buenahora's zone, Enetz Angostina stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Txindoki Cortinas came out of the goal and Enetz Angostina tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 74 minutes into the game, Martxelin Tofiño was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Buenahora's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Salta FC the free kick. In the 74th minute, one of Buenahora:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Buenahora. 79 minutes into the match, Buenahora's goal looked a bit too open when Enetz Angostina came free, but Txindoki Cortinas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Buenahora's Serafino Gaviña got a free kick in the 81st minute. Dayam Mota struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Cordaryal Munozcano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Buenahora. Enetz Angostina recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cordaryal Munozcano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dayam Mota in the 91st minute. Txindoki Cortinas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teyo Bernia in the 93rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Salta FC's zone, Dayam Mota stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cordaryal Munozcano came out of the goal and Dayam Mota tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Urbasa Masbernat's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cordaryal Munozcano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 97th minute of play. When Urbasa Masbernat came up free with the goalie in the 99th minute, the Buenahora fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Urbasa Masbernat couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Salta FC had won after a very even match.
