After having played for 6 minutes, Peio Cimbrelo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caraballo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Peio Cimbrelo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 20 minutes into the match, Peio Cimbrelo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Austin Castillo. Mederos AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Peio Cimbrelo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 24th minute of the game Perfecto Amesquita made a throw-in which Oliverio Lluch played forward. After a defensive mix-up in Caraballo's zone, Tello Almiron stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Michael Ballina came out of the goal and Tello Almiron tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 27 minutes into the game, Hunfredo Antia recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Michael Ballina. Hunfredo Antia showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. In the 34th minute, Fortun Bosch made a precise shot to the right of Michael Ballina. Caraballo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Caraballo's Michael Ballina played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hunfredo Antia in the 37th minute of play. Neron Sandes's late challenge caught a Caraballo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Neron Sandes helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Mederos AFC's Neron Sandes got a free kick in the 39th minute. In the 41st minute Otsando Leicea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Austin Castillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hunfredo Antia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Michael Ballina tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hunfredo Antia stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Hunfredo Antia scored 3-1 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Michael Ballina, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 65th minute, Otsando Leicea left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Caraballo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. After a rather tough play, Caraballo's Gotzon Peruyera got a free kick in the 68th minute. Otsando Leicea could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Austin Castillo made a huge save. 74 minutes into the match, Caraballo's goal looked a bit too open when Hunfredo Antia came free, but Michael Ballina reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mederos AFC's Austin Castillo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Mederos AFC from getting a goal against them. If Peio Cimbrelo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 82nd minute, Terciero Motel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 85th minute Oliverio Lluch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michael Ballina saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, Mederos AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Vinicio Bergada came free, but Austin Castillo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Peio Cimbrelo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
