The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Itapebi's Raulo Aviñante played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruno Acenero in the 10th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nalo Romano in the 14th minute of play forced Guadalupe's goalkeeper Lander Adurza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 15th minute, Barros Mendes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Octavio Requenes in the 20th minute of play forced Itapebi's goalkeeper Raulo Aviñante to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Itapebi booed when Guadalupe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabio Argos didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 39th minute Bruno Acenero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raulo Aviñante saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 66 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Nalo Romano sped through Guadalupe's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Lander Adurza. Octavio Requenes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Raulo Aviñante tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Octavio Requenes in the 74thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Raulo Aviñante, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. A collision led to Guadalupe getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Barros Mendes hit a great ball. Lander Adurza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nalo Romano in the 79th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nalo Romano in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lander Adurza prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 84 minutes into the match, Nalo Romano notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Guadalupe's Lander Adurza. Lander Adurza was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Guadalupe's goalkeeper Lander Adurza, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Octavio Requenes hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match.
