Lucio Arzuriagas short, quick shot in the 42ndth minute got Vladimiro Torga to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Colla AFC's Vladimiro Torga proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Colla AFC from getting a goal against them.

Zarbonin Royo charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zarbonin Royo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 54 played minutes Colla AFC got a freekick which was hit by Zarbonin Royo. After 56 played minutes Urbano Humara rounded Laureles's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-2. 66 minutes into the match, Laureles's goalkeeper Lizer Liceaga had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Llope Zahonero. Laureles's Lizer Liceaga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Urbano Humara in the 67th minute of play. Fernando Longoria got his second yellow card in the match during the 71st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of Colla AFC booed when Laureles was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernando Longoria didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Colla AFC's Zarbonin Royo tried to score from far away in the 73rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Lizer Liceaga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Urbano Humara in the 77th minute of play. After having played for 80 minutes, Llope Zahonero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Colla AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Llope Zahonero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With his leg Lizer Liceaga managed to avoid a goal in the 81stth minute, when Colla AFC's Llope Zahonero fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Lucio Arzuriaga might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vladimiro Torga. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lucio Arzuriaga ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Llope Zahonero got free with Lizer Liceaga in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Colla AFC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
