Spectators: 6702 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1702, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Xano Buitron started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Carbonero's goalkeeper Dalmacio Caldera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Moise Mantilla. Carbonero's defense didn't have a chance, in the 5th minute, when Xano Buitron scored to the left of an out of position Dalmacio Caldera, making the score, 1-0. Dalmacio Caldera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Goi Tizon in the 9th minute. Carbonero's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Xano Buitron 10 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. The supporters of Carbonero booed when Colon FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Asteri Fraile didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 20 minutes, Moise Mantilla mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Colon FC and the Carbonero players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 20th match minute, Colon FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moise Mantilla to maneuver through the defense. Baldovino Torralbo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florentino Astete having to interfere. In the 23rd minute, Martino Avienzo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The long shot by Fernando Dameda in the 24th minute really tested Dalmacio Caldera's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Xano Buitron fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dalmacio Caldera having to interfere. Baldovino Torralbo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Florentino Astete tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Teo Melic fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florentino Astete having to interfere. In the 47th minute, Baldovino Torralbo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hurko Archuleta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Baldovino Torralbo to make the kick off. Ubarna Jauregui fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dalmacio Caldera having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xano Buitron in the 56th minute of play forced Carbonero's goalkeeper Dalmacio Caldera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Baldovino Torralbo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dalmacio Caldera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Moise Mantilla, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Xano Buitron received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Dalmacio Caldera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 74 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Carbonero! Fernando Dameda shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Carbonero's Dalmacio Caldera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Asteri Fraile in the 79th minute of play. If Xantalen Rionda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 82 minutes, Teo Melic managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Carbonero's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teo Melic was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Carbonero's Dalmacio Caldera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ubarna Jauregui in the 91st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xano Buitron in the 96th minute of play forced Carbonero's goalkeeper Dalmacio Caldera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Asteri Fraile in the 97th minute of play forced Carbonero's goalkeeper Dalmacio Caldera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Moise Mantilla in the 99th minute of play forced Carbonero's goalkeeper Dalmacio Caldera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Colon FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
