With a little luck, Carbonero's Dalmacio Caldera got control of the ball when Ambrosio Bardon tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 45th minute, Carbonero's Llorian Rumayor seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Llorian Rumayor the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Carbonero protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Llorian Rumayor had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 44 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Carbonero! All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Xantalen Rionda to make the kick off. After 54 played minutes Daltonr got a freekick which was hit by Uhin Esteban. If Xantalen Rionda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. After 84 played minutes, Daltonr's Austin Castellano shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dalmacio Caldera came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Daltonr reached it. If Hurko Archuleta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 92 minutes into the game, Daltonr's Ambrosio Bardon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dalmacio Caldera made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. Dalmacio Caldera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ambrosio Bardon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
