Spectators: 6705 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1705, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Adrian Michel kicked off to start the match. The supporters of Polonio booed when Novillos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andrew Hinojosa didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Polonio's Leonel Barreto tried to score from far away in the 4th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Angelino Castejon kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joanes Salbago in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gonzalo Garro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 30th minute of the match, Paulino Caso got a very nice opportunity to score, but Damian Guisasola was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After a rather tough play, Polonio's Paulino Caso got a free kick in the 32nd minute. In the 36th minute, Paulino Caso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Damian Guisasola showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Laurendi Rosello, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Damian Guisasola took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adrian Michel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joanes Salbago's late challenge caught a Polonio's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joanes Salbago helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Novillos getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Joanes Salbago hit a great ball. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Joanes Salbago was the one to do the kick off. Damian Guisasola took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Panpili Peralves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Novillos's Damian Guisasola played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Panpili Peralves in the 54th minute of play. In the 57th minute, Hulberto Canedo made a precise shot to the right of Gonzalo Garro. Polonio's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Hulberto Canedo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Gonzalo Garro made a huge save. In the 67th minute, Tomas Durango hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Polonio's zone, Hulberto Canedo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gonzalo Garro came out of the goal and Hulberto Canedo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrian Michel in the 70th minute of play forced Novillos's goalkeeper Damian Guisasola to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 75th minute Adrian Michel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damian Guisasola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Panpili Peralves came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Polonio fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Panpili Peralves couldn't finish the play. Angelino Castejon kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. In the 83rd minute Panpili Peralves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damian Guisasola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 89 minutes into the match, Novillos's Hulberto Canedo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gonzalo Garro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Joanes Salbago's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gonzalo Garro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. Panpili Peralves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 96 minutes into the match, Polonio's Laurendi Rosello sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Damian Guisasola narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Polonio supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Novillos's performance. The match ended with a win for Novillos.
