Spectators: 6684 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1684, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Oto Llanos got the match started through his kick off. In the 4th minute Lourenco Talaga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonatan Mendizabal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. El Gringo 20 FC's Jonatan Mendizabal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lourenco Talaga in the 8th minute of play. After 8 played minutes Barker got a freekick which was hit by Gitano Ajamil. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Lourenco Talaga managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barker's supporters rose to their feet, but Lourenco Talaga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonatan Mendizabal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Macias Trigueros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 22 minutes into the match, Barker's Txerran Aladro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonatan Mendizabal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 25th match minute, El Gringo 20 FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mancio Ruiz to maneuver through the defense. Barker's Txerran Aladro got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 31 minutes, Alfonso Arizcun mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Barker and the El Gringo 20 FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jonatan Mendizabal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lourenco Talaga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to El Gringo 20 FC getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Txeru Cuesta hit a great ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The wind increased when Lourenco Talaga made the kick off in the second half. Txerran Aladro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Jonatan Mendizabal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Maju Mendaza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oto Llanos in the 69th minute of the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in El Gringo 20 FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 73rd minute. Penalty! In the 74th minute there was a penalty for Barker. Eduardo Tejeido stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jonatan Mendizabal. 3-0. Macias Trigueros hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Jonatan Mendizabal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lourenco Talaga in the 84th minute of the match. Txerran Aladro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonatan Mendizabal having to interfere. When Lourenco Talaga came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Barker fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lourenco Talaga couldn't finish the play. 94 minutes into the game, Duarte Gual was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. El Gringo 20 FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Barker the free kick. After 94 played minutes El Gringo 20 FC got a freekick which was hit by Duarte Gual. After having played for 98 minutes, Lourenco Talaga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barker's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lourenco Talaga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
