Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Saturnino Ampuero started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. If Ler Oñaederra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 6 minutes into the match, Araujo's Saturnino Ampuero sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lastur Dominguez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Araujo's Zeledon Torcida played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xusto Caldera in the 8th minute of play. Saturnino Ampuero struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Lastur Dominguez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Araujo. If Ler Oñaederra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Araujo booed when Paralle was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jesus Albertos didn't get a good kick on the ball. 16 minutes into the game, Paralle's Berdaitz Trelles nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zeledon Torcida made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Casado Lidon took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 20th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Lastur Dominguez. Paralle's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ler Oñaederra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lastur Dominguez having to interfere. In the 23rd of the match, Saturnino Ampuero tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Lastur Dominguez got in the way and made a wonderful save. Zeledon Torcida made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Berdaitz Trelles in the 26th minute of play. In the 33rd match minute, Araujo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sedeni Pastrana to maneuver through the defense. Zeledon Torcida showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xusto Caldera in the 35th minute of the match. If Saturnino Ampuero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 45 minutes into the match, Ler Oñaederra notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Paralle's Lastur Dominguez. Lastur Dominguez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Xusto Caldera stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Ler Oñaederra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 54th minute, Ler Oñaederra got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lastur Dominguez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Saturnino Ampuero's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. Vitor Farran kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Lastur Dominguez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ler Oñaederra in the 72nd minute of play. Lastur Dominguez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saturnino Ampuero in the 79th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Araujo's Ler Oñaederra got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Lastur Dominguez came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Araujo's Ler Oñaederra. But to his dismay, Ler Oñaederra quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. In the 93rd minute, one of Araujo:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Araujo. In the 95th minute there was a penalty for Paralle. Vitor Farran stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Zeledon Torcida. 2-3.
