The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some careless play in the Priero defense, Luzea Ilisarri kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nestor Quintarnaya. The Priero fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nestor Quintarnaya should have stopped the shot. Sebastian Ryers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. The supporters of Fluminense Acegua booed when Priero was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jacobo Caruezo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fluminense Acegua's Tono Riofrio got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Priero fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Fluminense Acegua were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
