Miliano Fabeiro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Havier Magarinos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Txema Iban made a huge save. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Roger Traveso made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Havier Magarinos in the 57th minute of play forced Safema's goalkeeper Txema Iban to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Txema Iban showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hector Villariño in the 67th minute of the match. Moncho Fariñada might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Txema Iban. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Moncho Fariñada ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 76thth minute of the game Havier Magarinos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Safema's Txema Iban was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 78 minutes into the game, Havier Magarinos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Txema Iban was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 84th minute, Havier Magarinos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 86 played minutes Safema got a freekick which was hit by Joaquim Trevijano. If Havier Magarinos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Safema's zone, Hector Villariño stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Txema Iban came out of the goal and Hector Villariño tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Safema players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented City Park from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
