Spectators: 6697 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1697, VIP seats: 0) The supporters of Menafra booed when Barrancas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chus Carrasquedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Severino Piñango fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Taio Morillo having to interfere. Montes Iruegas charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Montes Iruegas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Mannuel Angosto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 15th minute Zarbonin Ruete shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bazkoare Fueyo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bazkoare Fueyo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mannuel Angosto in the 18th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the match, Severino Piñango notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Barrancas's Taio Morillo. Taio Morillo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Wilfredo Frera took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Taio Morillo to make any attempt to save it. 35 minutes into the match, Barrancas's goalkeeper Taio Morillo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Severino Piñango. If Zarbonin Ruete had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Taio Morillo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilfredo Frera, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute.

Severino Piñango blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Taio Morillo having to make a save. In the 56th minute, Severino Piñango got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mannuel Angosto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Bazkoare Fueyo didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 60th minute, which inside left pole to 3-1. When Zarbonin Ruete came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Barrancas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zarbonin Ruete couldn't finish the play. If Severino Piñango had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 79 minutes, Mannuel Angosto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barrancas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mannuel Angosto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zarbonin Ruete recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 94th minute, Senen Arizabaleta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Severino Piñango in the 97th minute of play forced Barrancas's goalkeeper Taio Morillo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Menafra were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Barrancas for a fine match.
