After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Bemabe Arras managed to get in a good position for a shot. Masoller AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Bemabe Arras was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tipi Almazan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 39 minutes, Donostia Lambaria managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Masoller AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Donostia Lambaria was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Teofilo Nogueira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronaldo Solares, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Masoller AFC's goalkeeper Teofilo Nogueira, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bemabe Arras stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gervasio AFC's Tipi Almazan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bemabe Arras in the 52nd minute of play. Pablo-Enrique Heyros had several of the Masoller AFC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 58 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-1 score and a disappointed Teofilo Nogueira as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 60th match minute, Gervasio AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santana Barrera to maneuver through the defense. Ronaldo Solares in the 67thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Teofilo Nogueira, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 69th minute, Bemabe Arras got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pablo-Enrique Heyros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Teofilo Nogueira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
