Spectators: 7041 (Terracing: 5200, Seating: 1694, VIP seats: 147) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Caitano Flames made the kick off which started today's match. Lauro Pedraja made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michael Sendeño in the 4th minute of play. If Carlomagno Sainz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Algorta FC's Carlomagno Sainz got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Michael Sendeño's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lauro Pedraja was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. Arsenio Espinosa hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Algorta FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Caitano Flames 19 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. After 24 minutes, Casado Pazo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Trinidad FC and the Algorta FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 24th minute, Casado Pazo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Algorta FC's Txeru Ezquerra got control of the ball when Guter Zugasti tried to sneak it across the goal line. Carlomagno Sainz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Lauro Pedraja tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Michael Sendeño in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lauro Pedraja saved Trinidad FC from getting behind. Michael Sendeño recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lauro Pedraja showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlomagno Sainz in the 36th minute of the match. Michael Sendeño sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 43 minutes into the match, Carlomagno Sainz notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Trinidad FC's Lauro Pedraja. Lauro Pedraja was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 47 played minutes Trinidad FC got a freekick which was hit by Arsenio Espinosa. After having played for 48 minutes, Carlomagno Sainz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Algorta FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carlomagno Sainz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half Algorta FC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Michael Sendeño to make the kick off. With a little luck, Trinidad FC's Lauro Pedraja got control of the ball when Carlomagno Sainz tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 55 minutes Trinidad FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sadurni Sabugo who took care of the corner kick. After a rather tough play, Algorta FC's Sadurni Sabugo got a free kick in the 56th minute. Michael Sendeño fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lauro Pedraja having to interfere. Caitano Flames succeeded in the game's 64th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-2. After 68 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Trinidad FC! Sadurni Sabugo walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. The audience was convinced that Michael Sendeño's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lauro Pedraja was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. Michael Sendeño sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 76 played minutes Trinidad FC got a freekick which was hit by Eduardo Bucesta. The audience thought a goal was coming when Carlomagno Sainz got free with Lauro Pedraja in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Carlomagno Sainz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lauro Pedraja having to interfere. Carlomagno Sainz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Lauro Pedraja made a huge save.
