When Tanio Dulanto came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Atlantida fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tanio Dulanto couldn't finish the play. Frascuelo Herdozain kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Tanio Dulanto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Atlantida's supporters rose to their feet, but Tanio Dulanto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Teofilo Nogueira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tanio Dulanto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

55 minutes into the game, Esiquio Arrese cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Teofilo Nogueira was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Frascuelo Herdozain fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teofilo Nogueira having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Frascuelo Herdozain managed to get in a good position for a shot. Atlantida's supporters rose to their feet, but Frascuelo Herdozain was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gomesano Meruelo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bemabe Arras, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Tanio Dulanto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Teofilo Nogueira was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. Tanio Dulanto might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Teofilo Nogueira. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tanio Dulanto ran back to his position shaking his head. Teofilo Nogueira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tanio Dulanto in the 93rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tanio Dulanto in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Teofilo Nogueira saved Masoller AFC from getting behind. Atlantida's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
