In the 9thth minute of the game Dalmu Vallejo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club Atlético Basáñez's Fabio Sedano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Dalmu Vallejo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fabio Sedano was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. Albisu FC's Sixto Muñana got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 13th minute Sixto Muñana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabio Sedano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 14 played minutes Club Atlético Basáñez got a freekick which was hit by Ruperto Penilla. After 17 minutes of play, Albisu FC's Sixto Muñana made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fabio Sedano was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 23rd minute, Dalmu Vallejo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 24th match minute, Club Atlético Basáñez was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Atauri Nobo to maneuver through the defense. Albisu FC's Melchor Pedroza proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Albisu FC from getting a goal against them. After having played for 33 minutes, Natalio Peñacastillo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Atlético Basáñez's supporters crossed their fingers, but Natalio Peñacastillo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sixto Muñana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabio Sedano having to interfere.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Dalmu Vallejo in the 52nd minute of play forced Club Atlético Basáñez's goalkeeper Fabio Sedano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an all-out effort, Albisu FC's Fabio Sedano threw himself towards the right post 54 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Dalmu Vallejo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Natalio Peñacastillo in the 57th minute of play forced Albisu FC's goalkeeper Melchor Pedroza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sixto Muñana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 68 minutes into the game, Markvincent Tavarez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Albisu FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Atlético Basáñez the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in Albisu FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 68th minute. Penalty! Melchor Pedroza had in the 70thth minute some difficulties stopping Abilio Dehesa's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After some careless play in the Albisu FC defense, Abilio Dehesa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Melchor Pedroza. The Albisu FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Melchor Pedroza should have stopped the shot. Melchor Pedroza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bonadona Vadillos in the 73rd minute of the match. In the 75th minute Bonadona Vadillos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melchor Pedroza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 76 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Basáñez's goal looked a bit too open when Dalmu Vallejo came free, but Fabio Sedano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dalmu Vallejo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Atauri Nobo during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 83rd match minute, Club Atlético Basáñez was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Atauri Nobo to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Club Atlético Basáñez's zone, Dalmu Vallejo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabio Sedano came out of the goal and Dalmu Vallejo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético Basáñez's Ruperto Penilla got a free kick in the 93rd minute. If Dalmu Vallejo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Club Atlético Basáñez's Fabio Sedano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dalmu Vallejo in the 96th minute of play. Albisu FC were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Club Atlético Basáñez to leave the ground with a draw.
