Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Aureo Solar made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rd minute Froylan Robira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rumaldo Carreiras saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Froylan Robira might have been able to make a better finish in the 7th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rumaldo Carreiras. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Froylan Robira ran back to his position shaking his head. Sandalio Paracuellos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Joaquin Palmero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Riachuelo 's Etxatxu Asteguieta got a free kick in the 18th minute. Aureo Solar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 21st match minute, Riachuelo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Etxatxu Asteguieta to maneuver through the defense. Froylan Robira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rumaldo Carreiras having to interfere. Froylan Robira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Rumaldo Carreiras tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Club Nacional De Futbol's Froylan Robira got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 29 minutes into the match, Club Nacional De Futbol's goalkeeper Joaquin Palmero had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sandalio Paracuellos. In the 33rd minute, Froylan Robira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Club Nacional De Futbol's zone, Sandalio Paracuellos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joaquin Palmero came out of the goal and Sandalio Paracuellos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sandalio Paracuellos got free with Joaquin Palmero in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Froylan Robira scored 0-1 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rumaldo Carreiras, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Riachuelo players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Club Nacional De Futbol were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Eron Tul made the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Riachuelo 's Rumaldo Carreiras got control of the ball when Froylan Robira tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Riachuelo booed when Club Nacional De Futbol was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sayvion Ontañon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luix Magaz was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 54th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Eron Tul struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Joaquin Palmero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Riachuelo . Froylan Robira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 67 minutes into the match, Club Nacional De Futbol's Sayvion Ontañon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rumaldo Carreiras narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 72nd minute, Aureo Solar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Club Nacional De Futbol's Joaquin Palmero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sandalio Paracuellos in the 79th minute of play. When Froylan Robira came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Club Nacional De Futbol fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Froylan Robira couldn't finish the play. Sandalio Paracuellos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquin Palmero having to interfere. Alonzo Costeras shot a long shot in the 87th minute and a light blocked Rumaldo Carreiras hadn't a chance when the ball went into goal on his right side. It was 0-2. When the final whistle sounded Club Nacional De Futbol left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Riachuelo .
