Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) In the 3rd minute Eron Tul shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Unax Baizan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Zapara's Unax Baizan got control of the ball when Sandalio Paracuellos tried to sneak it across the goal line. Zapara's Unax Baizan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eron Tul in the 7th minute of play. Higinio Cascajares recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rumaldo Carreiras took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tadzio Pelaez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Riachuelo getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Etxatxu Asteguieta hit a great ball. Zapara's Tadzio Pelaez got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 15th minute Eron Tul shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Unax Baizan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Riachuelo 's Humberto Pose got a free kick in the 18th minute. When Higinio Cascajares came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Zapara fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Higinio Cascajares couldn't finish the play. Rumaldo Carreiras showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pero Trarigo, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tadzio Pelaez in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rumaldo Carreiras saved Riachuelo from getting behind. In the 29th match minute, Riachuelo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luix Magaz to maneuver through the defense. In the 32nd minute, Higinio Cascajares made a precise shot to the right of Rumaldo Carreiras. Riachuelo 's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Sandalio Paracuellos struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Unax Baizan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Riachuelo . An unexpectedly hard shot by Eron Tul in the 41st minute of play forced Zapara's goalkeeper Unax Baizan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tadzio Pelaez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 50 played minutes Riachuelo got a freekick which was hit by Zunbeltz Tamez. Tadzio Pelaez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Rumaldo Carreiras tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Humberto Pose kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Rumaldo Carreiras was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Karmel Gallarde. Tadzio Pelaez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Rumaldo Carreiras tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eron Tul sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Humberto Pose hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. After having played for 70 minutes, Tadzio Pelaez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zapara's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tadzio Pelaez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Zapara's Tadzio Pelaez in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Riachuelo 's goalie prevented a goal. If Tadzio Pelaez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 76th minute Tadzio Pelaez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rumaldo Carreiras saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 79 minutes, Eron Tul made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Zapara's Unax Baizan tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When Etxatxu Asteguieta fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Riachuelo 's protests and gave Etxatxu Asteguieta a yellow card for diving instead. Tadzio Pelaez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Riachuelo booed when Zapara was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pero Trarigo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Zapara's zone, Sandalio Paracuellos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Unax Baizan came out of the goal and Sandalio Paracuellos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Higinio Cascajares who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 93rdth minute tested the skills of Rumaldo Carreiras when he managed to save the team from getting behind.
