Galindo Laserna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cloyo Torra in the 39th minute of the match. The goalkeeper, Balasi Casares, was totally fooled by Amanita Phalloides's Lore Viejo, who 42 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Galindo Laserna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ovidio Viles in the 45th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jerico Uja stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Lluciano Urbino ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 89th minute, Cloyo Torra got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Amanita Phalloides had won after a very even match.
