Sendoa Abendano came out and tried to block the shot, but Javiar Hesles slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 3rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Javiar Hesles in the 6th minute of play forced Pinchazo's goalkeeper Sendoa Abendano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Pinchazo's Sendoa Abendano got control of the ball when Eleuterio Gallego tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lapuente's Javiar Hesles got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Pinchazo's zone, Fernando Gandarias stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sendoa Abendano came out of the goal and Fernando Gandarias tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 27th minute, Waldir Basante hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ixidor Banda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pinchazo's defense didn't have a chance, in the 35th minute, when Javiar Hesles scored to the left of an out of position Sendoa Abendano, making the score, 3-0. Txaran Liaño made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rius Cañedo in the 38th minute of play. Lapuente's Fernando Gandarias got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Rius Cañedo made the kick off in the second half. If Fernando Gandarias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 63 minutes into the game, Castel Mateu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lapuente's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pinchazo the free kick. The supporters of Pinchazo booed when Lapuente was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Castel Mateu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fernando Gandarias struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Sendoa Abendano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lapuente. Sendoa Abendano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Javiar Hesles in the 73rd minute of the match. In the 75th minute, Javiar Hesles ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sendoa Abendano was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. When Pinchazo's Rius Cañedo in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lapuente's goalie prevented a goal. In the 88th minute, Francisco Melena hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 90 played minutes, Lapuente's Marcelito Gill shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Sendoa Abendano came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Lapuente reached it. A collision led to Pinchazo getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Ilazki Bares hit a great ball. In the 95th minute, Rius Cañedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
