Memento mori's Urdin Labora played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rius Cañedo in the 3rd minute of play. In the 6th minute, Mino Artolozaga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Memento mori's Cordarrol Amezua got a free kick in the 8th minute. When Memento mori's Cordarrol Amezua in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pinchazo's goalie prevented a goal. 13 minutes into the match, Memento mori's goal looked a bit too open when Ilazki Bares came free, but Urdin Labora reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sendoa Abendano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lapurdi Calzada, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Urdin Labora showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ixidor Banda in the 19th minute of the match. Pinchazo's Sendoa Abendano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lapurdi Calzada in the 22nd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Cordarrol Amezua's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sendoa Abendano was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. In the 26th minute, Ilazki Bares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sendoa Abendano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cordarrol Amezua's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. Cordarrol Amezua received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Sendoa Abendano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cordarrol Amezua made a kick off. Mino Artolozaga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Sendoa Abendano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Pinchazo getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Ixidor Banda hit a great ball. When Socorro Antoñana came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Memento mori fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Socorro Antoñana couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Pinchazo getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Ilazki Bares hit a great ball. Sendoa Abendano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cordarrol Amezua in the 73rd minute of play. Mino Artolozaga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 76 played minutes Pinchazo got a freekick which was hit by Ilazki Bares. Sendoa Abendano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cordarrol Amezua in the 79th minute. When Ilazki Bares fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pinchazo's protests and gave Ilazki Bares a yellow card for diving instead. In the 80th minute, Ilazki Bares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Pinchazo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Pinchazo were victorious despite being under pressure from Memento mori for much of the match.
