The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gaspar Monterinos helped the player get up and apologised. Miguel Masana was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Ulises Malave. Omar Cerdeira's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Miguel Masana read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. Maguna's Inaki Paz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Confesor Arada in the 10th minute of play. A hard shot 13 in the game by Omar Cerdeira from a close distance when the talented Miguel Masana managed to make a qualified save. Kraken FC's players were relieved. Omar Cerdeira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miguel Masana having to interfere. Miguel Masana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Omar Cerdeira in the 17th minute of the match. After 27 minutes, Godfredo Teijeira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Maguna and the Kraken FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 27th minute, Godfredo Teijeira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Etxahun Careaga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Dante Anda struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Inaki Paz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kraken FC. If Confesor Arada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Miguel Masana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alejandro Caubilla in the 35th minute of play. In the 36th minute Nicanor Mugica shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miguel Masana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Miguel Masana managed to avoid a goal in the 40thth minute, when Maguna's Teofilo Luan fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Miguel Masana made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Alejandro Caubilla sent off a good shot on target. Teofilo Luan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Miguel Masana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Omar Cerdeira made a kick off. Miguel Masana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teofilo Luan in the 52nd minute of play. The supporters of Maguna booed when Kraken FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mel Carradelo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Omar Cerdeira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miguel Masana having to interfere. 61 minutes into the game, Etxahun Careaga was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kraken FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Maguna the free kick. After a rather tough play, Kraken FC's Etxahun Careaga got a free kick in the 61st minute. A collision led to Maguna getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Jusepe Huemen hit a great ball. Miguel Masana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Omar Cerdeira in the 71st minute of play. Omar Cerdeira's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Miguel Masana read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. 79 minutes into the match, Maguna's Teofilo Luan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Miguel Masana narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 80 played minutes Confesor Arada rounded Maguna's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-1. With a little luck, Maguna's Inaki Paz got control of the ball when Dante Anda tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Maguna's Alejandro Caubilla got a free kick in the 85th minute. 94 minutes into the match, Kraken FC's goal looked a bit too open when Omar Cerdeira came free, but Miguel Masana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 95th minute Maguna were awarded a corner. Ulises Malave went to the cornerflag to take it. Miguel Masana stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Omar Cerdeira's shot from short distance in the 98th minute. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
