Turma FC's Hamílton Abraão proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Turma FC from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Robert Nesta Marley getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Xicu Parserises hit a great ball. 18 minutes into the game, Henrik Löv cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Hamílton Abraão was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Baltasar Arratia kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. If Leopoldo Lambarri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 28thth minute of the game Iztal Angosto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Robert Nesta Marley's Candido Gelmiro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ollie Granger in the 33rd minute of play forced Robert Nesta Marley's goalkeeper Candido Gelmiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mambru Encinas ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Turma FC's Mambru Encinas to fire away a dangerous shot which Candido Gelmiro despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 47 minutes into the match, Ollie Granger had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Candido Gelmiro. Robert Nesta Marley's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ollie Granger was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Iztal Angosto stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Andrew Hallam's late challenge caught a Turma FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Andrew Hallam helped the player get up and apologised. After 53 played minutes Robert Nesta Marley got a freekick which was hit by Andrew Hallam. 56 minutes into the match, Turma FC's goal looked a bit too open when Henrik Löv came free, but Hamílton Abraão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 59th minute Turma FC were awarded a corner. Mambru Encinas went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Turma FC's corner Ove Söderkvist fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Candido Gelmiro quite easily take care of the ball. Prudencio Matia hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Henrik Löv's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hamílton Abraão read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ollie Granger got free with Candido Gelmiro in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Robert Nesta Marley's Candido Gelmiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mambru Encinas in the 73rd minute of play. Candido Gelmiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iztal Angosto in the 75th minute of the match. Turma FC's Hamílton Abraão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henrik Löv in the 76th minute of play. Candido Gelmiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ollie Granger in the 84th minute of play. Leo Lainez struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Hamílton Abraão didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Robert Nesta Marley. The supporters of Turma FC booed when Robert Nesta Marley was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rafal Czysta didn't get a good kick on the ball. Turma FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
