Runar Øyen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lohitzun Reigosa having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Poncio Zalaeta got free with Galo Posadas in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Galo Posadas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Poncio Zalaeta in the 37th minute. Gaur Prada hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Lohitzun Reigosa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Beltran Ribadas in the 40th minute of the match. In the 44th minute, Beltran Ribadas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chivito CorreYuta F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Beltran Ribadas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 52 minutes, Erlantz Gainzarain managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Birra Bizarra's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erlantz Gainzarain was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. It was Fabio Corcoba who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Beltran Ribadas almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Birra Bizarra's Lohitzun Reigosa did a great save. Lohitzun Reigosa made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Beltran Ribadas sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice moves Beltran Ribadas could shoot a difficult shot in the 69th minute, which Lohitzun Reigosa however easily saved by the left post. In the 72nd minute, Poncio Zalaeta left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Birra Bizarra fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Birra Bizarra's Tano Guais quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Leon Teuber, made in the 78th minute of the game. Marciano Aeta hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Runar Øyen's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Lohitzun Reigosa firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 88th match minute, Birra Bizarra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Poncio Zalaeta to maneuver through the defense. Lohitzun Reigosa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Beltran Ribadas's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. The Birra Bizarra players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
