With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luzea Badia in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paco Mellado saved Villa Real FC from getting behind. Villa Real FC's Paco Mellado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oliveiro Herrera in the 12th minute of play. Elia Rocandio's late challenge caught a C. D. Lury's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Loiola Sayavedra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Paco Mellado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luzea Badia in the 48th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luzea Badia was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Luzea Badia notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Villa Real FC's Paco Mellado. Paco Mellado was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
