After some careless play in the Atlas f.c. defense, Marz Oporto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Americo Tarrats. The Atlas f.c. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Americo Tarrats should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, Atlas f.c.'s Americo Tarrats got control of the ball when Marz Oporto tried to sneak it across the goal line. Americo Tarrats was out of position in the 32 minute of play, and Marz Oporto capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Marz Oporto really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Atlas f.c.'s Americo Tarrats proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Atlas f.c. from getting a goal against them. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Veremundo Labra stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Atlas f.c.'s Americo Tarrats played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marz Oporto in the 63rd minute of play. Marz Oporto hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. A collision led to Masoller AFC getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Marz Oporto hit a great ball. In the 77th minute, Veremundo Labra made a precise shot to the right of Patricio Orozco. Masoller AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-1. Americo Tarrats showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sergio Chacin, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Americo Tarrats took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marz Oporto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rogerio Almenester sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
