In the 5thth minute of the game Cai Bellmunt who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club Gardel's Nisio Soldevila was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cai Bellmunt in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nisio Soldevila prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 13th minute Cai Bellmunt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nisio Soldevila saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of La Fusiion booed when Club Gardel was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tytus Damazki didn't get a good kick on the ball. 17 minutes into the match, Club Gardel's goal looked a bit too open when Cai Bellmunt came free, but Nisio Soldevila reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 19th minute of the match La Fusiion got a corner. Club Gardel's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Berart Maeda ran over to the corner to take the kick. Berart Maeda made a great header on La Fusiion's corner, it was just that Club Gardel's Nisio Soldevila managed to reach the ball for a save. 25 minutes into the match, Club Gardel's goal looked a bit too open when Cai Bellmunt came free, but Nisio Soldevila reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tytus Damazki took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jaunti Requenes. Jaunti Requenes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Bixintxo Pereña took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Nisio Soldevila to make any attempt to save it. Nisio Soldevila made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Cai Bellmunt sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cai Bellmunt in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nisio Soldevila saved Club Gardel from getting behind. Nisio Soldevila was out of position in the 40 minute of play, and Cai Bellmunt capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Cai Bellmunt really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. 43 minutes into the match, Bixintxo Pereña had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nisio Soldevila. Club Gardel's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bixintxo Pereña was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. When Cai Bellmunt came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the La Fusiion fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cai Bellmunt couldn't finish the play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.
La Fusiion's Jaunti Requenes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save La Fusiion from getting a goal against them. Nisio Soldevila stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cai Bellmunt's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cai Bellmunt in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nisio Soldevila prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Saul Palos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Jaunti Requenes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nisio Soldevila made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cai Bellmunt in the 68th minute of play. Cai Bellmunt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 72nd minute, Bixintxo Pereña ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nisio Soldevila was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1. Club Gardel's Tytus Damazki got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 79 minutes into the match, Cai Bellmunt notched a goal, 7-1, to the right of Club Gardel's Nisio Soldevila. Nisio Soldevila was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Club Gardel's Nisio Soldevila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cai Bellmunt in the 81st minute of play. Saul Palos charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Saul Palos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Club Gardel getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Saul Palos hit a great ball. Bixintxo Pereña received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Nisio Soldevila tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Cai Bellmunt's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nisio Soldevila was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. The supporters of La Fusiion booed when Club Gardel was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Osoitz Amigo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 89th minute of the match Berart Maeda sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nisio Soldevila skillfully saved the ball. Nisio Soldevila showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cai Bellmunt, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute.
