Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Gervasio AFC's Desiderio Ribota started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Gervasio AFC's Nahia Roque played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elija Encinas in the 3rd minute of play. 6 minutes into the match, Nardo Cebollero notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Gervasio AFC's Nahia Roque. Nahia Roque was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 9 played minutes YORUGUA F.C got a freekick which was hit by Godofredo Muelas. The supporters of YORUGUA F.C booed when Gervasio AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oro Tirado didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 12th minute, Gervasio AFC's Fernando Giraldez dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. After 14 played minutes Gervasio AFC got a freekick which was hit by Oro Tirado. In the 16th minute, Elija Encinas made a precise shot to the right of Nahia Roque. Gervasio AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. 21 minutes into the game, Leoncio Quintanilla was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. YORUGUA F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gervasio AFC the free kick. After a rather tough play, YORUGUA F.C's Leoncio Quintanilla got a free kick in the 21st minute. Boniel Capellan kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Gervasio AFC defense, Godofredo Muelas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nahia Roque. The Gervasio AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nahia Roque should have stopped the shot. After 32nd play minutes Nardo Cebollero shot 1-4, a short shot which went by Nahia Roque and just under the crossbar into goal. Leoncio Quintanilla kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Fernando Giraldez who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 41stth minute tested the skills of Mincho Freixes when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Herauso Seijas charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Herauso Seijas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 46 played minutes Gervasio AFC got a freekick which was hit by Herauso Seijas.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nardo Cebollero stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 52 minutes, Elija Encinas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. YORUGUA F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elija Encinas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lordi Melena hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. In the 56th minute, Fernando Giraldez made a precise shot to the right of Mincho Freixes. YORUGUA F.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-4. A collision led to Gervasio AFC getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Boniel Capellan hit a great ball. After 62 minutes of play, YORUGUA F.C's Primeiro Ruis made it 2-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nahia Roque was left in no man's land by his defense there! Elija Encinas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nahia Roque having to interfere. 67 minutes into the match, Gervasio AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Nardo Cebollero came free, but Nahia Roque reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Fernando Giraldez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Gervasio AFC getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Gelmiro Almuzara hit a great ball. Veremundo Fariñas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 80th match minute, Gervasio AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernando Giraldez to maneuver through the defense. Nahia Roque made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nardo Cebollero in the 81st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Gervasio AFC's zone, Primeiro Ruis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nahia Roque came out of the goal and Primeiro Ruis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 84th minute, Desiderio Ribota left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gervasio AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-5. 88 minutes into the match, Gervasio AFC's Desiderio Ribota sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mincho Freixes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the final whistle sounded YORUGUA F.C left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Gervasio AFC.
