An unexpectedly hard shot by Yves Passot in the 32nd minute of play forced Treviso FC's goalkeeper Alejandro Iraido to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Treviso FC's Alejandro Iraido played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yves Passot in the 32nd minute of play. Alejandro Iraido made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yves Passot in the 34th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gonsalvo Cerra in the 37th minute of play forced Montevideo City Torque's goalkeeper Christophe Troxler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 38th minute, Agustín Álvarez made a precise shot to the right of Alejandro Iraido. Treviso FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After a rather tough play, Montevideo City Torque's Benito Gallegos got a free kick in the 45th minute. After the first half Montevideo City Torque were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Agustín Álvarez to make the kick off. Alejandro Iraido took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yves Passot, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Agustín Álvarez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alejandro Iraido read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. 59 minutes into the match, Treviso FC's goal looked a bit too open when Agustín Álvarez came free, but Alejandro Iraido reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cordarrell Sarro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christophe Troxler having to interfere. If Yves Passot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 76th match minute, Treviso FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zenon Trevijano to maneuver through the defense. Agustín Álvarez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Alejandro Iraido tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 84 minutes into the game, Gonsalvo Cerra cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Christophe Troxler was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a little luck, Treviso FC's Alejandro Iraido got control of the ball when Agustín Álvarez tried to sneak it across the goal line. The throw-in from Koldo Balli in the 92nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Montevideo City Torque's Diego Covarrubias. In the 92nd match minute, Treviso FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zenon Trevijano to maneuver through the defense. Alejandro Iraido didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Agustín Álvarez went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Montevideo City Torque's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
