The audience was convinced that Agustín Álvarez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Istvan Kowalski was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. 12 minutes into the match, EL MAGO ONEILL's goal looked a bit too open when Reuben Meade came free, but Istvan Kowalski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 16th minute Roberto Monteserin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christophe Troxler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Agustín Álvarez in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Istvan Kowalski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to EL MAGO ONEILL getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. José Maria Gimenez hit a great ball. Istvan Kowalski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agustín Álvarez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 26 minutes into the match, EL MAGO ONEILL's goal looked a bit too open when Reuben Meade came free, but Istvan Kowalski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. EL MAGO ONEILL's Istvan Kowalski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guillelme Lomas in the 27th minute of play. Istvan Kowalski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gu Sha Zhen, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. 31 minutes into the match, Gu Sha Zhen notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of EL MAGO ONEILL's Istvan Kowalski. Istvan Kowalski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 35th match minute, EL MAGO ONEILL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roberto Monteserin to maneuver through the defense. Istvan Kowalski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reuben Meade in the 38th minute of play. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Agustín Álvarez was the one to do the kick off. Istvan Kowalski came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Montevideo City Torque's Guillelme Lomas. But to his dismay, Guillelme Lomas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Agustín Álvarez in the 55thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Istvan Kowalski, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 60 minutes into the game, Roldan Balcells was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. EL MAGO ONEILL's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Montevideo City Torque the free kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Reuben Meade got free with Istvan Kowalski in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. EL MAGO ONEILL's Istvan Kowalski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save EL MAGO ONEILL from getting a goal against them. In the last second Istvan Kowalski throw himself and got hold of the ball when Agustín Álvarez in the 71stth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. The Montevideo City Torque fans' excitement grew in the 71st match minute when Montevideo City Torque's Agustín Álvarez looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Montevideo City Torque's Yves Passot was substituted for Agustín Álvarez. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Guillelme Lomas in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Istvan Kowalski saved EL MAGO ONEILL from getting behind. After 87 minutes, Jasper Goemyne mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the EL MAGO ONEILL and the Montevideo City Torque players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Montevideo City Torque booed when EL MAGO ONEILL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jasper Goemyne didn't get a good kick on the ball. With his leg Istvan Kowalski managed to avoid a goal in the 90thth minute, when Montevideo City Torque's Yves Passot fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 92 minutes had been played when some careless play by EL MAGO ONEILL's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Alkestis Papadopulos was slow to take the kick. During this time Montevideo City Torque's players had a chance to rest. Reuben Meade could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Istvan Kowalski made a huge save. When the final whistle sounded Montevideo City Torque left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than EL MAGO ONEILL.
