Gabirel Chapital could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Cecep Budiarto made a huge save. Cecep Budiarto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cornel Drâmba, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Cecep Budiarto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Boleslaw Jaraczeski in the 28th minute. Chacarita FC's Cecep Budiarto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cornel Drâmba in the 30th minute of play. Mingo Camporredondo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After the first half Chacarita FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cornel Drâmba made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Chacarita FC's Nuno Lope got a free kick in the 51st minute. Cornel Drâmba was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 52nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Chinto Arrillaga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Mingo Camporredondo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Chacarita FC's Eudoxio Esoin got a free kick in the 58th minute. In the 58th minute of the match Cornel Drâmba sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cecep Budiarto skillfully saved the ball. 60 minutes into the match, Boleslaw Jaraczeski notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Chacarita FC's Cecep Budiarto. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Res Non Verba had won after a very even match.
