An unexpectedly hard shot by Mario Vielva in the 4th minute of play forced Kwyjibo's goalkeeper Sylwester Wawro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carqueja's Cordairo Segura proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Carqueja from getting a goal against them. Sylwester Wawro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mario Vielva went, in the 8th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After 13 played minutes Kwyjibo got a freekick which was hit by Sven McNamara. In the 25th minute Kwyjibo were awarded a corner. Sven McNamara went to the cornerflag to take it. Kyrylo Latenko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Cordairo Segura tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Carqueja's zone, 高宇川 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cordairo Segura came out of the goal and 高宇川 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With an all-out effort, Kwyjibo's Cordairo Segura threw himself towards the right post 40 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from 高宇川, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Kwyjibo's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sven McNamara in the 41st minute. After 42 played minutes Kwyjibo got a freekick which was hit by 高宇川. In the 43rd minute Mario Vielva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sylwester Wawro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carqueja's Cordairo Segura played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Burgo in the 45th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Kwyjibo made a substitution. Guilherme de Souza replaced Mathias Jakobsson. Elizardo Massana scored 0-2 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sylwester Wawro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Enmanuel Herdozain hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Carqueja's goalkeeper Cordairo Segura, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sylwester Wawro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oliverio Cavallosa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sylwester Wawro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elizardo Massana, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Christian Burgo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cordairo Segura read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. Kwyjibo's Sylwester Wawro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Kwyjibo from getting a goal against them. Sylwester Wawro came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Carqueja's Mario Vielva. But to his dismay, Mario Vielva quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. In the 79th minute Kwyjibo were awarded a corner. Sven McNamara went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Kwyjibo's Christian Burgo to fire away a dangerous shot which Cordairo Segura despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The Kwyjibo fans' excitement grew in the 79th match minute when Kwyjibo's Christian Burgo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Christian Burgo in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cordairo Segura saved Carqueja from getting behind. After some careless play in the Carqueja defense, Christian Burgo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cordairo Segura. The Carqueja fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cordairo Segura should have stopped the shot. Carqueja made a substitution. Roderigo Villamizar replaced Franco Garro. Carqueja's Cordairo Segura played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Burgo in the 90th minute of play. Mario Vielva took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sylwester Wawro. Sylwester Wawro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-4. The Kwyjibo supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Carqueja's performance. The match ended with a win for Carqueja.
