Florencio Herbella fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mauricio Artacho having to interfere. 11 minutes into the match, A.C. Zidane's goal looked a bit too open when Florencio Herbella came free, but Mauricio Artacho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14th minute Florencio Herbella shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauricio Artacho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 16 minutes into the match, Florencio Herbella notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of A.C. Zidane's Mauricio Artacho. Mauricio Artacho was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 21 minutes into the game, Florencio Herbella cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Mauricio Artacho was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Mauricio Artacho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florencio Herbella in the 24th minute of the match. Florencio Herbella took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mauricio Artacho. Mauricio Artacho dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. 29 minutes into the match, Atletico Maturrango's Florencio Herbella sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mauricio Artacho narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Atletico Maturrango's Caton Oquendo quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Feyyaz Geylani, made in the 31st minute of the game. The Atletico Maturrango fans' excitement grew in the 45th match minute when Atletico Maturrango's Florencio Herbella looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-6 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Marcial Zuazna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disappointed in the 0-6 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Florencio Herbella to strike the kick off in the second half. Mauricio Artacho came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Atletico Maturrango's Florencio Herbella. But to his dismay, Florencio Herbella quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florencio Herbella in the 58th minute of play forced A.C. Zidane's goalkeeper Mauricio Artacho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 60 minutes into the game, Florencio Herbella recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Mauricio Artacho. Florencio Herbella showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-8. 64 minutes into the match, A.C. Zidane's goal looked a bit too open when Florencio Herbella came free, but Mauricio Artacho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Atletico Maturrango made a substitution. Ederono Ojero replaced Florencio Herbella. 70 minutes into the match, Ederono Ojero notched a goal, 0-9, to the right of A.C. Zidane's Mauricio Artacho. Mauricio Artacho was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 78th minute, Americo Coya hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 79 minutes of play, Atletico Maturrango's Ederono Ojero made it 0-10 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mauricio Artacho was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Ederono Ojero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mauricio Artacho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ederono Ojero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ederono Ojero blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mauricio Artacho having to make a save. 88 minutes into the match, A.C. Zidane's goal looked a bit too open when Ederono Ojero came free, but Mauricio Artacho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 91st minute Ederono Ojero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauricio Artacho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcial Zuazna hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. The A.C. Zidane fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Atletico Maturrango were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
