With a couple of smart ball manuevers Miroslav Kučera in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lars Batzer saved Carqueja from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elizardo Massana in the 16th minute of play forced Guns Reds's goalkeeper Germán Burgos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Guns Reds were furious when Jan Rooney was red carded, 19 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Jan Rooney kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute Mario Vielva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Germán Burgos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, Guns Reds's goal looked a bit too open when Mario Vielva came free, but Germán Burgos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eutropio Alcubilla got free with Lars Batzer in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Germán Burgos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ereinotz Masbernat in the 30th minute of play. Kaxen Marcos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oliverio Cavallosa in the 37th minute of play forced Guns Reds's goalkeeper Germán Burgos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 45 minutes into the match, Carqueja's goalkeeper Lars Batzer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eutropio Alcubilla. Eutropio Alcubilla in the 46thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Lars Batzer, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Miroslav Kučera hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eutropio Alcubilla was the one to do the kick off. Germán Burgos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mario Vielva in the 52nd minute of the match. Lars Batzer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eutropio Alcubilla in the 70th minute of play. Xefe Balza struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Lars Batzer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Guns Reds. The supporters of Guns Reds booed when Carqueja was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ereinotz Masbernat didn't get a good kick on the ball. Xefe Balza kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. 79 minutes into the match, Eutropio Alcubilla notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Carqueja's Lars Batzer. Lars Batzer was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Carqueja's Lars Batzer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saverio Barboa in the 84th minute of play. Lars Batzer stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eutropio Alcubilla's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. Xefe Balza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lars Batzer having to interfere. Carqueja made a substitution. Roderigo Villamizar replaced Ereinotz Masbernat. Guns Reds were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Carqueja for a fine match.
