Rodo's Gasteiz Latorre got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Club Dep. Soc. Rodo getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Ipar Capitan hit a great ball. 17 minutes into the match, Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's goalkeeper Jeremy Avellana had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alexander Hinz. In the 18th minute of the match Fear Of The Dark got a corner. Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. 洪迅林 ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Fear Of The Dark's 洪迅林 to fire away a dangerous shot which Jeremy Avellana despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Freddi Clavijo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gasteiz Latorre in the 20th minute of the match. If Gasteiz Latorre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Freddi Clavijo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gasteiz Latorre in the 22nd minute of play. Freddi Clavijo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gasteiz Latorre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gasteiz Latorre's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Freddi Clavijo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. Club Dep. Soc. Rodo were awarded a corner in the 35th minute after Fear Of The Dark's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gasteiz Latorre took the corner. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Gasteiz Latorre managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's supporters rose to their feet, but Gasteiz Latorre was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Freddi Clavijo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 40th minute Gasteiz Latorre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Freddi Clavijo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gasteiz Latorre in the 48th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Freddi Clavijo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After the first half Club Dep. Soc. Rodo were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Anthon Öberg to make the kick off. Roberto Kante received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Jeremy Avellana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 62 minutes into the match, Fear Of The Dark's goalkeeper Freddi Clavijo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anthon Öberg. If Anthon Öberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Fear Of The Dark's Freddi Clavijo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Fear Of The Dark from getting a goal against them. Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Jeremy Avellana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agustín Álvarez in the 75th minute of play. Anthon Öberg received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Freddi Clavijo came out and tried to block the shot, but Anthon Öberg slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 77th minute. Fear Of The Dark made a substitution. Kirun Lisandri replaced Agustín Álvarez. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anthon Öberg got free with Freddi Clavijo in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Pierres Payno kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. 88 minutes into the match, Fear Of The Dark's goalkeeper Freddi Clavijo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anthon Öberg. The crowd rose to their feet as Anthon Öberg kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Freddi Clavijo. That made the score 0-3 in the 92 minute of play. Pierres Payno hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match.
