In the 19th minute Fear Of The Dark were awarded a corner. 洪迅林 went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that 洪迅林 got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Koen Rijmenams quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bartolo Bachicabo got free with Freddi Clavijo in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Oylimpiamos Ψ's Koen Rijmenams played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexander Hinz in the 24th minute of play. In the 25th minute, Fear Of The Dark's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Robustiano Peruanton fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Freddi Clavijo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Selatse Cantillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Freddi Clavijo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Selatse Cantillo in the 28th minute of play. A well-hit corner resulted in Robustiano Peruanton heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. After having played for 37 minutes, Alexander Hinz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fear Of The Dark's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alexander Hinz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Freddi Clavijo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Selatse Cantillo in the 46th minute of play. Fortun Corrillos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Freddi Clavijo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

56 minutes into the match, Oylimpiamos Ψ's goal looked a bit too open when Pierres Payno came free, but Koen Rijmenams reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Agustín Álvarez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Koen Rijmenams made a huge save. Alexander Hinz's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Koen Rijmenams firmly grabbed it by the left post. With a left leg Freddi Clavijo saved Fear Of The Dark from getting behind. 95 minutes into the match, Fear Of The Dark's goal looked a bit too open when Gregory Neila came free, but Freddi Clavijo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fear Of The Dark's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
