Eurico Silveira was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Cacá Mineiro showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 18 minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Maurinho Ortiz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ivo Abreu. FlamengoOLD's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Maurinho Ortiz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. In the 28th minute Cássio de Carvalho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivo Abreu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eurico Silveira came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by FlamengoOLD's Wawrzyniec Kazanowski. But to his dismay, Wawrzyniec Kazanowski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Eurico Silveira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cacá Mineiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cacá Mineiro made a kick off. In the 56th minute, Maurinho Ortiz made a precise shot to the right of Ivo Abreu. FlamengoOLD's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-3. Eurico Silveira came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by FlamengoOLD's Cacá Mineiro. But to his dismay, Cacá Mineiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-3. Ivo Abreu made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Maurinho Ortiz sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Mataripe FC's Ademir Esteves got a free kick in the 68th minute. Eurico Silveira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wawrzyniec Kazanowski in the 70th minute of the match. Eurico Silveira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cacá Mineiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. The FlamengoOLD fans' excitement grew in the 73rd match minute when FlamengoOLD's Wawrzyniec Kazanowski looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Eurico Silveira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cacá Mineiro in the 83rd minute of the match. In the 86th minute, Cacá Mineiro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eurico Silveira was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-3. If Cacá Mineiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wawrzyniec Kazanowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wawrzyniec Kazanowski scored 7-3 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eurico Silveira, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee ended the match the FlamengoOLD players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
