Spectators: 7265 (Terracing: 5484, Seating: 1681, VIP seats: 100) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Juan Moreno kicked off to start the match. After a rather tough play, Banda EC's Murillo Abraão got a free kick in the 4th minute. 14 minutes into the match, Banda EC's goal looked a bit too open when Juan Moreno came free, but Juninho Coutinho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 17th minute, Horror SS's Juan Moreno dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. When the match clock showed 23 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Oséias Barros sped through Horror SS's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Anísio Novaes. Anísio Novaes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oséias Barros, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Juninho Coutinho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan Moreno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Juninho Coutinho came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Horror SS's Cleiton Rezende. But to his dismay, Cleiton Rezende quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Oséias Barros was the one to do the kick off. With his leg Anísio Novaes managed to avoid a goal in the 53rdth minute, when Banda EC's Oséias Barros fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 54th match minute, Horror SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cauan Madureira to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Horror SS's Juan Moreno got a free kick in the 70th minute. After 75 played minutes Banda EC got a freekick which was hit by Murillo Abraão. Juninho Coutinho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cleiton Rezende in the 79th minute of play. Didi Carioca's late challenge caught a Horror SS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Didi Carioca helped the player get up and apologised. After 80 played minutes Banda EC got a freekick which was hit by Didi Carioca. Horror SS's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
