Ingahy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pacataga the free kick. After 2 played minutes Ingahy got a freekick which was hit by Beto Rossi. Jânio Azevedo struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Tiaguinho Tinoco didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pacataga. Pacataga's João Leme got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tiaguinho Tinoco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from João Leme in the 8th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Ingahy's Beto Rossi got a free kick in the 8th minute. In the 12th minute João Leme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiaguinho Tinoco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jânio Azevedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Tiaguinho Tinoco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Mateus Ribeiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Falcão Martins made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mateus Ribeiro in the 22nd minute of play. Falcão Martins showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mateus Ribeiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. If Mateus Ribeiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mateus Ribeiro succeeded in the game's 27th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. In the 31st minute, Víktor Castro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 32nd minute, Miguel Ferreira sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Pacataga's Falcão Martins didn't even have to move. Falcão Martins showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mateus Ribeiro in the 34th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Pacataga's zone, Frédson Pena stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Falcão Martins came out of the goal and Frédson Pena tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Frédson Pena's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Falcão Martins was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Frédson Pena to strike the kick off in the second half. After 55 played minutes Pacataga got a freekick which was hit by Edmundo Pires. If Mateus Ribeiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pedro Hoffmann kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frédson Pena in the 65th minute of play forced Pacataga's goalkeeper Falcão Martins to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Frédson Pena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With his leg Falcão Martins managed to avoid a goal in the 70thth minute, when Ingahy's Mateus Ribeiro fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Mateus Ribeiro was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 77th minute. Ingahy's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After a rather tough play, Ingahy's Belmiro Prestes got a free kick in the 79th minute. During the 83rd minute of the match Beto Rossi completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Beto Rossi a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 84th match minute, Ingahy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Beto Rossi to maneuver through the defense. Ingahy's Mateus Ribeiro got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eusébio Cavalcante came free with the goalkeeper in the 88th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Falcão Martins could save by the left post. After a rather tough play, Pacataga's Edmundo Pires got a free kick in the 88th minute. Mateus Ribeiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Falcão Martins having to interfere. In the 91st minute, Cléber Dias got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Falcão Martins made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Mateus Ribeiro sent off a good shot on target. The Pacataga fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ingahy were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
