Aníbal Paranaense fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Richard Arruda having to interfere. André Schmidt kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. After 11 played minutes AC Dragões Negros got a freekick which was hit by Ademir Fonseca. The long shot by Doriva Penha in the 12th minute really tested Richard Arruda's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Dadá Paes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Richard Arruda having to interfere. Nando Soeiro hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. When Aníbal Paranaense came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Male FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aníbal Paranaense couldn't finish the play. Dadá Paes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Richard Arruda having to interfere. Aníbal Paranaense received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Richard Arruda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dadá Paes in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Richard Arruda prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 36th minute, Doriva Penha sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and AC Dragões Negros's Richard Arruda didn't even have to move. In the 38thth minute of the game Dadá Paes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AC Dragões Negros's Richard Arruda was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Richard Arruda made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Aníbal Paranaense sent off a good shot on target. Dadá Paes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Richard Arruda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Male FC booed when AC Dragões Negros was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Telmo Coutinho didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Dadá Paes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Dedé Medeiros made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, AC Dragões Negros's goal looked a bit too open when Dadá Paes came free, but Richard Arruda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in AC Dragões Negros's zone, Aníbal Paranaense stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Richard Arruda came out of the goal and Aníbal Paranaense tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aníbal Paranaense scored 1-0 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Richard Arruda, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 59thth minute of the game Dedé Medeiros who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Male FC's Danilo Mandrak was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Artur de Toledo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Danilo Mandrak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in AC Dragões Negros's zone, Aníbal Paranaense stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Richard Arruda came out of the goal and Aníbal Paranaense tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aníbal Paranaense received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Richard Arruda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. David Barros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to AC Dragões Negros getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Telmo Coutinho hit a great ball. Male FC's Dadá Paes got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Richard Arruda stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dadá Paes's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. When Male FC's Aníbal Paranaense in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye AC Dragões Negros's goalie prevented a goal. Richard Arruda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dadá Paes in the 85th minute of play. After having played for 86 minutes, Aníbal Paranaense managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Male FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aníbal Paranaense was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. AC Dragões Negros's Richard Arruda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dadá Paes in the 89th minute of play. Cauan Dias took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 96th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Danilo Mandrak. Male FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.
