Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Anselmo Branco got the match started through his kick off. Anselmo Branco struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Tomé Leão didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Almecegas. 9 minutes into the game, Diogo Arce cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Oswaldo Diniz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Fellipe Terra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Tomé Leão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Bugre SS getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Duda Motta hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice moves Fellipe Terra could shoot a difficult shot in the 21st minute, which Tomé Leão however easily saved by the left post. Tomé Leão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anselmo Branco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Anselmo Branco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Almecegas's supporters rose to their feet, but Anselmo Branco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tomé Leão breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Anselmo Branco had several of the Bugre SS's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 36 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-1 score and a disappointed Tomé Leão as he didn't even see the shot coming. Tomé Leão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anselmo Branco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

If Fellipe Terra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Anselmo Branco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 59 minutes into the game, Ricardinho Ramos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Almecegas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bugre SS the free kick. A collision led to Almecegas getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Ricardinho Ramos hit a great ball. After 65 minutes, Anselmo Branco made it 3-1 with a short kick to the right side. Bugre SS's Tomé Leão tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 70 minutes into the match, Bugre SS's goal looked a bit too open when Anselmo Branco came free, but Tomé Leão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 77 minutes into the game, Almecegas's Fellipe Terra nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tomé Leão made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. Bugre SS's Tomé Leão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fellipe Terra in the 81st minute of play. If Diogo Arce had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tomé Leão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fellipe Terra in the 85th minute of play. Anselmo Branco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Anselmo Branco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Bugre SS booed when Almecegas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ricardinho Ramos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Almecegas walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
