Cauan Meira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Luís Paulo Pinho made a huge save. Ciro Pernambucano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Claudinei Santos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Claudinei Santos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciro Pernambucano in the 22nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, 13 de Loco F.C's Silvério Nascimento got a free kick in the 23rd minute. With 28 minutes on the clock, Gilvan Fernandez commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 29th match minute, Heróis Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilvan Fernandez to maneuver through the defense. During the 38th minute of the match Silvério Nascimento completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Silvério Nascimento a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. When Paulo José Dracena fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored 13 de Loco F.C's protests and gave Paulo José Dracena a yellow card for diving instead. Paulo José Dracena kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The crowd rose to their feet as Heróis Futebol Clube's Anselmo Cardozo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Claudinei Santos. That made the score 1-1 after 51 minutes of play. Ciro Pernambucano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Paulo José Dracena managed to get in a good position for a shot. 13 de Loco F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Paulo José Dracena was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luís Paulo Pinho breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alfredo Cardozo kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ciro Pernambucano in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Claudinei Santos saved 13 de Loco F.C from getting behind. 73 minutes into the match, Ciro Pernambucano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Claudinei Santos. 13 de Loco F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ciro Pernambucano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. When %teams%'s Ciro Pernambucano was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 1-3 just inside the left pole, 78 minutes into the game. Claudinei Santos was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. When the match had gone on for 83 minutes, Ciro Pernambucano took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Claudinei Santos to make any attempt to save it. After a defensive mix-up in Heróis Futebol Clube's zone, Aníbal Oliveira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luís Paulo Pinho came out of the goal and Aníbal Oliveira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ciro Pernambucano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Claudinei Santos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 13 de Loco F.C's defense didn't have a chance, in the 94th minute, when Marcelo Moreira scored to the left of an out of position Claudinei Santos, making the score, 1-5. Heróis Futebol Clube played a much better game than 13 de Loco F.C and deserved their victory. The 13 de Loco F.C players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
