Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jonas Porto kicked off to start the match. The supporters of Guveia booed when FOZ CATARATAS FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dedé Messias didn't get a good kick on the ball. Guveia's Edinho Mesquita played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eurico Mello in the 6th minute of play. With an all-out effort, FOZ CATARATAS FC's Edinho Mesquita threw himself towards the right post 10 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Didi Dias, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Edinho Mesquita showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonas Porto, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. When Rodrigo Zilles came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the FOZ CATARATAS FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rodrigo Zilles couldn't finish the play. If Eurico Mello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 22nd minute, Jonas Porto fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Guveia's Egídio Souza pulled a muscle in his back after 28 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The supporters of Guveia booed when FOZ CATARATAS FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Digo Soares didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind FOZ CATARATAS FC's goalkeeper Elivélton Pena, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Edinho Mesquita took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonas Porto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rodrigo Zilles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edinho Mesquita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonas Porto in the 40th minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, Jonas Porto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edinho Mesquita. Guveia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jonas Porto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. 46 minutes into the match, Guveia's goalkeeper Edinho Mesquita had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jonas Porto. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Oswaldo Faria made a kick off. Jonas Porto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 55th minute, Jonas Porto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FOZ CATARATAS FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. In the 59th minute, Rodrigo Zilles got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Edinho Mesquita took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonas Porto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonas Porto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Edinho Mesquita tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonas Porto struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Edinho Mesquita didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FOZ CATARATAS FC. Edinho Mesquita didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jonas Porto went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Guveia's zone, Jonas Porto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edinho Mesquita came out of the goal and Jonas Porto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 74 minutes, Jonas Porto made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. Guveia's Edinho Mesquita tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With an all-out effort, Guveia's Elivélton Pena threw himself towards the right post 78 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Oswaldo Faria, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Jonas Porto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Edinho Mesquita tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edinho Mesquita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonas Porto in the 84th minute of play. FOZ CATARATAS FC made a substitution. Davi Pires replaced Jonas Porto. Edinho Mesquita came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by FOZ CATARATAS FC's Rodrigo Zilles. But to his dismay, Rodrigo Zilles quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. If Eurico Mello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. FOZ CATARATAS FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
