In the 21st minute, Kuido Kääramees ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gustavo Aguiar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 36 minutes into the game, Cido Pinho was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Caetano's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave abaleke123232233 the free kick. Cido Pinho hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Magno Leme could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Gustavo Aguiar made a huge save. When the match had gone on for 45 minutes, Kuido Kääramees took a quick shot and it went in 5-0 without a chance for Gustavo Aguiar to make any attempt to save it. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dino Sena was the one to do the kick off. Dino Sena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Kuido Kääramees came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Caetano fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kuido Kääramees couldn't finish the play. In the 56th minute, Aílton do Nascimento hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gustavo Aguiar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luciano Souto in the 57th minute of the match. Magno Leme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustavo Aguiar having to interfere. Emerson Duarte scored 6-0 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gustavo Aguiar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Caetano's Cido Pinho got his second yellow card of the match in the 71st minute. The referee ordered Cido Pinho off the ground. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dino Sena in the 75th minute of play forced Caetano's goalkeeper Lúcio Nascimento to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 78 minutes into the match, abaleke123232233's goal looked a bit too open when Magno Leme came free, but Gustavo Aguiar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Cipriano Valle managed to get in a good position for a shot. Caetano's supporters rose to their feet, but Cipriano Valle was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gustavo Aguiar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Bengt-Arne Clementsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gustavo Aguiar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Magno Leme, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. When the referee ended the match the Caetano players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
