Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Pascom's Paulão Vides started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Luisinho de Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Simão Madureira in the 4th minute of play. With a little luck, Pascom's Luisinho de Amorim got control of the ball when Franklin Passos tried to sneak it across the goal line. Luisinho de Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Simão Madureira in the 14th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Pinhais's zone, Serginho Nunes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carlinhos Tavares came out of the goal and Serginho Nunes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 17 minutes into the game, Franklin Passos recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Luisinho de Amorim. Franklin Passos showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Naldo Brito struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Carlinhos Tavares didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pascom. Naldo Brito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Carlinhos Tavares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pascom's Luisinho de Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simão Madureira in the 37th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Pinhais's goal looked a bit too open when Paulão Vides came free, but Carlinhos Tavares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pinhais's Adolfo Toscano was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 39th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. 42 minutes into the match, Pascom's goalkeeper Luisinho de Amorim had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adolfo Toscano. Luisinho de Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Simão Madureira in the 44th minute of the match. Lino Vale hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. In the 47th minute Simão Madureira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luisinho de Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Simão Madureira made a kick off. After 57 minutes of play, Pinhais's Simão Madureira made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luisinho de Amorim was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 61st minute Simão Madureira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luisinho de Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luisinho de Amorim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adolfo Toscano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 66th minute, Adolfo Toscano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luisinho de Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Simão Madureira, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. After 69 played minutes Pascom got a freekick which was hit by Lino Vale. In the 72nd minute Simão Madureira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luisinho de Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pinhais's goalkeeper Carlinhos Tavares, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 78th minute, Naldo Brito left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pascom fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. In the 81st minute, Zé Paulo Baptista hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 82nd minute, Pascom's Paulão Vides dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-2. Naldo Brito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Carlinhos Tavares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pinhais's Carlinhos Tavares proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Pinhais from getting a goal against them. 90 minutes into the game, Pascom's Serginho Nunes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Carlinhos Tavares made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-3. In the 93rd minute, Adolfo Toscano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Paulão Vides could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Carlinhos Tavares made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Pinhais had won after a very even match.
